The Vienna´s Tiergarten was founded in 1752 by Francis I, Holy Roman Emperor and it is the world's oldest ZOO. It is located in a park of the imperial summer residence of Schönbrunn, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Along with the historic complexes of the former "menagerie" of Emperor Francis Stephen of Lorraine, visitors will explore one of the most beautiful world's ZOO. You can see more than 700 animal species, such as giant pandas, Siberian tigers, orangutans..., or immerse yourself in the Amazon and experience the tropical rain forest.
